Wakera ("Platform") operates strictly as a user-generated content platform and online service provider. We require that all visual depictions of human subjects appearing in adult-oriented media uploaded to Wakera involve individuals who were at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of creation.

Wakera complies fully with federal statutory requirements set forth in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 regarding record-keeping and inspection procedures.

2. User-Generated Content Exemption (Title 47 U.S.C. § 230 & 18 U.S.C. § 2257)

Wakera is not the primary producer or secondary producer of the visual depictions uploaded by third-party independent content creators. As an interactive computer service provider hosting content provided by independent third parties, Wakera relies on explicit contractual warranties from uploading creators.

Under platform Terms of Service, every content creator uploading media to Wakera certifies and represents that:

• They are the actual producer or authorized primary custodian of the content.
• They maintain complete, legally compliant age verification records (government-issued identification copies and model release agreements) for all performers depicted.
• They agree to make such records available for federal inspection or immediate presentation to Wakera administrators upon inquiry.
