3. User-Generated Content & Creator Warranties

Wakera is an interactive computer service and online service provider. Creators upload media files directly to the platform. By uploading any video or image to Wakera, you explicitly warrant and represent that:

You own or have secured all legal copyrights, licenses, and distribution rights to the uploaded media.
Every person depicted in the content was at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of creation and provided explicit, documented, voluntary consent to be filmed and published online.
You maintain complete, verifiable records of model age identification compliant with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and agree to produce such documentation immediately upon request.

4. Prohibited Content & Zero Tolerance Policy

Wakera enforces a strict ZERO TOLERANCE policy against illegal, abusive, or non-consensual content. Users are strictly prohibited from uploading:

Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or any depiction of minors. Any such attempt will be reported immediately to law enforcement and NCMEC.
Non-consensual intimate imagery ("revenge porn"), harassment, doxxing, or blackmail material.
Bestiality, necrophilia, non-consensual violence, severe bodily harm, or snuff content.
Copyrighted material uploaded without authorization from the legal rights holder.

We reserve the right to immediately terminate accounts and permanently purge any content violating these rules without prior notice.

5. Monetization & Affiliate Links

Wakera partners with reputable third-party advertising and affiliate networks, including ExoClick, CrakRevenue, and Chaturbate. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, billing, or content hosted on third-party websites accessed via promotional banners or links.

6. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

The platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wakera shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from third-party uploads or server downtime. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wakera and its operators from any claims arising out of your content uploads or breach of these Terms.
