1. Overview & Policy Statement
Wakera ("Platform") respects the legitimate intellectual property rights of others and adheres strictly to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"). As an online service provider hosting user-generated media, we respond promptly to formal written notices of copyright infringement.
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied, uploaded, or transmitted on Wakera without authorization, please submit a formal DMCA Notice to our Designated Agent.

3. Required Elements of a DMCA Takedown Notice
To be effective under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your written notification must include substantially all of the following elements:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works are involved).
- Identification of the specific infringing material and exact direct URLs (e.g., `https://.../watch.html?v=...`) to enable us to locate and purge the files immediately.
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as your full legal name, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
In strict accordance with the DMCA, Wakera maintains a policy of terminating accounts of repeat copyright infringers. Users who receive multiple valid DMCA takedown complaints will have their user credentials and uploaded media permanently terminated.
5. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you are a Wakera content creator who believes your uploaded content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a formal Counter-Notification to [email protected] containing your name, address, direct URL of the removed media, statement under penalty of perjury of mistake/misidentification, and consent to legal jurisdiction.
